Can I cancel and return my order after I've received it?
We regret that due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer returns or exchanges on our products.
However, we will send you a digital proof of your poster for your approval prior to shipping. We are happy to make as many adjustments as are required until you are happy with your poster. We are confident that you'll love your poster but we are happy to process a full refund prior to shipping at your request.
How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?
Please contact our Customer Service team at info@intheposter.com with a description and photos of your issue.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
